Survivor was named for the bite wound he sustained to his back which miraculously healed.
Survivor has been visiting SRMR since October 2014, and is one of our younger males of approx.10-15 years with a length of ~1.5- 2m.
Behavior
Survivor appears to be very comfortable around divers and will approach them in a docile manner.
Survivor is adept at both feeding aerially and from the substrate.
